On top of the list is trust when considering a housing remodel. Without a doubt, this company can be trusted to come into your home, as they did mine, with a design plan which they implemented on time, within budget, and expertly executed. From the design to the project management, to the tradespeople, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and a pleasure to be around when your living space is torn apart and put back together in a new way. The company has impeccable references and is competitively priced. Highly recommended.

I did a complete renovation of my La Grange Park, IL Residence in 2009-10.
I looked at a few builders in my area and felt LaMantia offered me what I was looking for.
I had seen some of their impresive work in my own neighborhood.

My house just turned 50 Years and needed much work, so everything including myself was moved out for 10 months.  I was able to reside close and monitor the entire project.  Everyone including internal design staff to outside vendors handled themselves in a professional way.  I am very pleased I used LaMantia, the home turned out fantastic.

I have had numerous house guests this summer of 2011, and all have commented how well designed,
insulated, and beautiful the structure is.  I would definitely look forward to the whole process again with LaMantia on any future endeavours.

We live in Hinsdale and did a complete renovation of our home in 2010. 7 years ago we had done a a complete renovation of a home in River Forest. We general contracted the job ourselves, and did not want to do that again.  We wanted to get this project done from A to Z. We went to the 3 of the biggest builders in the area to see what they had to offer.  The job was very extensive and would require us to move out of our home for at least 5 months.  From the design staff, head of construction, to material consultant we had an amazing experience.  LaMantia was on top of the ball all the way through the project.  They where very responsive to everything that we needed or asked of them through the entire project.  Our home was done on time and is everything we hoped it would be.  Our home looks amazing and we are so happy that we used LaMantia.
