Jeff and Sam are the greatest in taking care of and the needs of my car. I've been with them for umpteen years.If you are not going to Lamb's in Cedar Park you are not taking care of your car properly. Try them out, you will not be disappointed! DianeRolette

A nail was lodged in my tire and these guys gave phenomenal service from counter to departure.  I was told that if they were able to patch the tire safely away from the side-wall it would be free, then I was offered  complimentary coffee and a cozy waiting area.  When I inquired to why my oil might be leaking I was given a diagnosis and a rough estimate - all on the house.  The tire was repaired quickly and is holding up just fine.  Frank and Paul and the crew there really have their stuff together and made a very good impression.  I was glad to share the story with my sister and family where I am staying as I avoided Hurricane Harvey this week.  Thanks Lamb's Tire & Automotive, Cedar Park, bravo!

I went in to have my AC evaced and charged. I was told it was ready and blowing cold air. They said bring it back in two weeks to check for leaks. Sounds strange. Can they not check it for leaks and problems before I drive it off? Go figure, the AC lasted on day. Now they say they found the leak and it will cost me $500 more to fix the one (1) hose. Not to mention leaving my window down on my vehicle overnight as it was going to sit in their parking lot. And finally two mysterious chips in my windshield. DO NOT take your automobile here.

Not as good as they used to be. Customer service has taken a back seat since personnel changes have occurred. Used to get greeted warmly upon arrival. Last straw was as attempt to purchase tires and the guy was clueless and rude. Lost a previous loyal customer.
