I went to lambs to get an oil change and inspection. Gilbert was able to get me in right away! I was giving all information upfront, which I greatly appreciate, including honest quotes for service and products. Instead of just letting me know my brakes needed changing, Gilbert actually took me out to me car and showed me the breaks and what they should look like. Let's just say I really was In need of them! I really appreciate West and Gilbert making the waiting room not feel like a doctor's office. They had fresh coffee and great conversation to help make the time enjoyable while waiting for my car to be done. I'm definitely coming back for all services in the future.

The employees and management at this location are top notch! I highly recommend this place as they are thorough and attentive to detail and ensure the job is done right. Thanks for everything guys and I will definitely continue to conduct business with this location time and time again.

I take all my vehicles to this Lambs location. The staff is wonderful. They are willing to hear what I feel is the problem, and they take what I say under consideration as they look over the vehicle. They explain the issue to me so that I understand it completely, and I don't feel dumb asking them questions if I don't understand. They always make sure that I am satisfied with the repairs and if there is any issue, they fix it immediately.

Pretty fast and decent service. They, as well as any other mechanic, severely upcharge for simple things. Changing a light which took me 2 minutes and $1.97 was quoted for $25. That being said, the inspection was quick and cost effective.

Free alignment after buying tires from them. Then they try to upsell you on unnecessary fluid changes etc. I took my car to my mechanic and he said you don't need any fluid changes. Can't recommend. Update : Got a call from the manager of the store today. I think they could possibly be right. Regardless, any company concerned enough to follow-up gets the benefit of the doubt. Changing review to recommend.
