I was going through one of the hardest thing in my life. No one should have to do it alone. These two top notch men Mr. lampkins and Mr . Patterson really treated me and Diana with respect and grace. I can say nothing but great things about them. Beautiful office. Class and dignity. These men made an unbearable situations bearable. If your in the jacksonville area and god forbid you lose someone these are the ones for you.

There are not enough good things that I can say about Mr. Lampkins, Mr. Patterson, and Jamaica. From the moment that you step foot into their beautiful facility, you are treated with compassion, grace, and humility. They are all true professionals, who bestow respect upon both the living and the deceased.

When my sister-in-law died in November, we went to one of the big named funeral home in the area, and we treated as garbage. There was no compassion, just a guy trying to sell us on the most expensive option they had. 

Needless to say, when my mother-in-law passed away on Monday, we dreaded the challenge that we were about to face. The last thing we expected was the exceptional service that we were provided. Even with multiple trips to their facility necessary this week, we were never made to feel as if we were rushed or considered to be an inconvenience.

I, without reservation, recommend Lampkins Patterson if you find yourself in need of such services. I am so grateful for the exceptional service we have received. In a time when hearts are broken and advantage can be taken of the grieving, they were honest, fair, and considerate. 

We will, hopefully not anytime soon, use their services again.

I would like to express my appreciation to the Lampkins Patterson Cremation and Funeral Home staff for the outstanding service they rendered to my family during this most difficult time.  Their kind and caring attitude truly was a blessing. I would definitely use them the next time, if the need arises.

Mr. Lampkins, Mr. Patterson, Jamaica and the staff took wonderful care of our family during our time of need and were all extremely helpful explaining everything we needed.  I was blown away with the level of compassion and courtesy we were shown in all of our dealings.  We certainly appreciate the quality and level of service you have shown to us.  Thank you.

Lampkins Pattern Cremation Funeral Service guides you smoothly through the process while explaining each step along the way.  Mr. Lampkins and his team were outstanding.  Their compassion, service and attention to detail surpassed our expectation.   We certainly appreciate the quality and level of service you and your team have shown to us.
