My experience was horrible. I came to the nail salon with a friend of mine because she comes here very often. However, TIM was very aggressive and did not show me and respect. I feel like he was being racist because he did not work with other customers in the same manner that he worked with me. I did not receive and hand massage nor did he direct me to wash my hands like he did other customers. I wanted coffin length nails and I wanted a little length but not too long and he tried to charge me more. Yet, they did not charge my friend for her length and shape. When I left the man at the register gave me $3 back for my troubles but TIM came to the desk and was aggressively pointing in my face. Instead of getting out of chracter which he wanted me to I walked out . This was my first and last time coming in this salon and I did not know TIM so there was no reason for this disrespect! I am furious.
