I'm so grateful for Sherry Funk at Cavalieri Jewelers. My anniversary band and engagement ring were fused together, and my engagement diamond fell out. As if that wasn't enough, I couldn't get the ring off my finger which REALLY stressed me out!!  Sherry was very funny and capable, and even tho my heart was pounding, the ring was off my finger in seconds.  She was so kind!  They have beautiful rings so I'm going there for a replacement.  My husband has always had great service there too.  I highly recommend Cavalieri Jewelers ( and ask for Sherry!)

I had an old military ring for resizing - a task made more difficult by the number of sizes to be increased and a possibly fragile stone.  Nevertheless, the ring was impeccably resized in the most seamless manner.  Also, the old silver patina was matched!  Terrific service and very warm people.  This store is a treasure.

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. The ring I brought in to be fixed wasn't expensive but carried a lot of sentimental value. They took such great care in cleaning it up. I swear it was returned to me in better condition than when it was brand new! I will definitely be a repeat customer and have already begun recommending them to everyone I know!

I really do not like to give reviews.  Rarely I have a GREAT experience.  I have to give Lance, Athena and everyone there five stars. They are easy to work with. They let you be comfortable with no pressure.  They are down to earth and real. Yes, there are cheaper places who's jewelry is not near to Cavalieri's quality.  Because of who they are is why I will continue to go there.

Had a watch battery replaced at a different jewelers a couple of weeks ago - supposedly.  Three days ago my watch stopped working.  I was afraid something had been broken when they were changing the battery, so I took it to Lance Cavalieri Jewelers in Livermore.   I told them it had stopped working and had had the battery changed 2 weeks ago.  They checked it out and tested the battery.  They said it was VERY weak.  So it looks like the OLD battery was left in the watch and I paid for a battery I never got.  Lance Cavalieri Jewelers GAVE me a new battery for FREE!!!!!  Guess who my NEW Go-To Jeweler is??  LANCE CAVALIERI in Livermore!!!!
