Dear Dr. Wright 's Vision Source...how dare you n ur  staff ....breakup a family apart ....it breaks my heart not being able to speak to a family member because of what ur staff did back in 2014...over a bill that was supposed to be sent to me....not to the family member.....a letter of apology sent to them .....of ur staff wrong doing would be appreciated showing that it wasnt i who made the mistake of paper work...thanku ....a letter of apology is all im asking to set things right with them....
