The people are very friendly but their service is a joke.  Sometimes they just shut their system down and don't allow you access to money.  The first couple times I was out to eat over a weekend and had my debit card declined and the last time was while I was on vacation.  Imagine being thousands of miles from home and have no access to money...  You can't eat or do anything at all until they open on Monday.

Great place to bank with friendly staff. Only wish they supported phone payments with their debit cards

I came to Lanco from Fulton Bank a couple years ago and haven't looked back.  The service here is fantastic.  They have looked out for me so many times and been so customer oriented that I can't imagine banking elsewhere.  The people know me and that really makes for a great experience.
