Took my sushi loving son here for dinner on his birthday.  I had the Calamari Spinach salad (with mango and grapefruit).  I took one bite of the calamari, and was AMAZED at the flavor.  (MMMMM!) I told Marcus he needed to taste it.  He said he was "good" but I made him anyway ---and he also immediately emitted the same sound I had made.  Incredibly good!  He had two kinds of sushi, and he was very pleased.  One had something to do with Philadelphia.  He was expecting to be disappointed, having last had sushi in western Washington State.  He was not.  Having told the server we were there for his birthday, they surprised us with a platter with two spit fried banana, dollops of whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate.  Wonderful!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The staff is amazing, attentive and wonderful conversation if you get to know them. Oh And the food is INCREDIBLE! It is almost too beautiful to eat and tingles all your tastebuds. 
If you get a chance, try the blue fin avocado and it might just be the best thing you have ever tasted in your life. 
I cannot wait to come visit CO just to stop by this hidden gem!

Literally this entire staff is AMAZING! KAllie, Wendy, Gia and Joy are the sweetest most helpful individuals in the business. In addition, the sushi is the best I've had in all my world travels. It's a hidden gem and I hope it always stays the same.

The white tuna nigiri is off the charts good! The real deal for sure. Usually end up having way more food than I should! Service is attentive and friendly. Miss a few of the servers that looked after us in the old days.

Absolutely addicted. I wish the staff wouldn't  change as much, as I get attached! But the food is beyound amaizing and always fresh. I do miss the smaller and intimate place, but very happy for their growth! Great couple, hard working both. To see a small business succeeding is so refreshing!
