I did not get any service done here. 
However, I did call for an estimate to paint the hood of my car. After getting that, I asked how much it would be to paint the entire car. The price was much more than what I wanted to spend since my car is older (09 model with 145k miles). Plus, my wife and I almost always use her car. I kindly declined. 
I then told the person helping me that another auto body and paint shop was offering to paint to entire car for substantially less - not trying to get him to lower his price or to rub it in his face, just to see what he thought. He vouched for them and agreed that I didn't need to have the perfectionist job that Lander's provides (nor the price tag that comes with such a high quality work) given how seldom I drive my car. 
Now, if we we end up crashing my wife's car, I'd have no problem coming here just based on the customer service I received on the phone today.

I had an AMAZING experience with Landers Auto Body and Collision,  my car looks wonderful, they were fast and helpful! I would take my car there anytime and would recommend for everyone else to do the same!-Dana

They have worked on my Yukon twice and did a great job. Prices were very reasonable (they actually saved me a lot of money). Super honest people. Highly recommend.

Recently I was in a position to have some body work done on my vehicle at Landers Auto Body on South University Ave., Little Rock, Arkansas.  The reason for being there is never a pleasure; however this is the right place to come if you need body done.  Their customer service was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions regarding their policy and procedures.  The quality of their repairs to my vehicle was superior plus they cleaned, vacuumed and washed my car. 
  Thanks Mike for being such an excellent case manager and making my experience with Landers Auto Body as painless as possible.

Had a great experience. I got the quote on my car made an appt to bring in the car for landers to fix. They had great customer service and they did a great job.
