Very friendly staff! Great bank

It's always clean, they serve you promptly inside, and the drive up is quick sometimes. However, it wouldn't hurt to not only have another employee help during rush hours, but open all of the lanes so that there's not as much of a backup of cars.

This is one of the worst banks to go to the bank manager is very rude and disrespectful I will never open account here again in my life too many account fees and miscellaneous charges by the bank.

I have been a landmark customer for 5 years and I have been sitting at the one on 27th street for 25 minutes now while 2 people had skipped me and even though I had said something they had proceeded to say sorry just wait until someone is done. It's not even busy in here but the people that came after me got to go before me. Kind of upsetting. I will still to Oak Creek location and Bayview location from now on! Both are dog friendly and give my puppy a treat when we come in.
