This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. The sales center was great when I bought my car but the service center is horrible. I've had my car for 3 years now and have yet to have a pleasant experience with the service center. I took my car up there today for a routine service and a little extra stuff. They charged me almost $300. When They finished my dad decided to check underneath the hood. They put new oil in but did not fill it up. And my radiator was almost completely empty even though I paid to have it filled up. Previously I brought my car in for a recall on the alternator. They replaced the alternator. Less than a month later I still had trouble with my car so I brought it back up for a diagnostic. The diagnostic was suppose to be 48 hours tops. I didn't get my car back for 5 or 6 days. When I got it back they told me they replaced the alternator. I asked them why did they replaced a brand new alternator when I had just gotten a new one maybe two weeks prior. The service technician told me they did not put an alternator on the first time. I pulled out the paperwork that I had saved and showed it to him. He then back tracked and said they put the alternator on the first time but maybe they connected it wrong so they put another new one in. I have called for managers as well as left voicemails for managers that were never returned. I have been at the service center and asked for a manager and still one did not come to help me. If I would've have known about the service center i would never have even bought the car from the dealership. You guys are horrible. I tried to give you no stars but It wouldn't allow me to post with no stars. Now that my warranty is up and I have to pay out of pocket for oil changes I will no longer be coming here.

Not at all happy with this place. Unlike the other reviews the buying process wasn't great either but that another story. Now dealing with the service department is a nightmare. Had my vehicle less then a year when it stranded me with four kids 7 yo and under. Now five days later they still have my vehicle and have not even LOOKED at it. They convinced me to buy extra warranty when I bought the car and yet between both warranties I can't get a loaner or rental. I'm a mother with four kids to get back and forth to school. My advisor does not call when he says he will or return my calls. I've been told "they should look at it today" for the past three day. New car leaves me and my kids stranded and they won't lift a finger to help until they make sure it's THEIR responsibility.

When you visit this dealership, Dermond Armstrong is the guy to see! He went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle! He was very professional and has great guest service. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I don't have good credit and he was very patient with me and really listened to my needs as a customer. He found me a vehicle that I am very happy with and I look forward to coming back for additional services to my vehicle. Chad Bastia was also very professional and friendly. I was impressed with his great attitude towards me at the very end of the day. I've been to several businesses near closing time, and usually people have poor attitudes at the end of the day but not Chad. I didn't encounter any other individuals working there other than the cashier, who seemed okay, I guess. But I'm sure overall they have a great staff. ***Update on 11/3/2017*** I visited the service department today for the first time since purchasing my vehicle over a year ago. I was very excited to come all the way back here. At time of purchase I was never informed of my service plan expiring on January 25, 2017. I live over an hour away for this dealership and today I had some extra time on my hands to make a drive just for an oil change and tire rotation. Unfortunately, my plan expired. This is such an inconvenience! Please make sure they don’t force the service plan on you, especially if you don’t leave near this dealership. Especially since they don’t inform you of the expiration date. Please beware of this! Poor service...

Good luck at this dealership...have to park way in the back with no clue of how to actually get to walk on the lot. No sale person in sight, of the employees that did see me they did their best not to make eye contact with me. Its almost as if they feel it is a privilege for you to be at their dealership. After an hour of strolling through the lot and no offer of help, I figured I was wasting my time and theirs. I left and bought a car elsewhere.

We spent hours making sure that we were going to be given an online price we had seen. The sales person had to get it approved 3 times and finally came and told us it was done. The manager even came and congratulated us on the price, but the finance guy left the room mid signing saying he needed to " check on something ". We realized later that the price had been increased almost $5,000 and all of the "incentives" they offered us to close that day instead of coming back as we planned had been charged for at a premium price. We didn't notice on the last page because the monthly payments stayed the same. They simply extended the number of months. Sneaky sneaky.
