Originally my fiancé and I were very excited to get our rings from this jewelry store as it was a locally owned business that was part of our city's history. I had a ring sized there previously and had assumed it was my fault when I didn't get a call letting me know my ring was ready (one month later I gave them a call asking what was up). Despite this hiccup my fiancé and I went in to pick out a band for him (my treat) he had found a ring he loved, was sized and the older woman who helped us wrote down the specifics of what we wanted. She assured us that I don't need to pay for it right away and that she would be placing our order when the date of the wedding got closer. About a month later we went in again to look at wedding bands for myself (the same woman was helping us) while there we inquired about my fiancé's band she claimed she didn't remember writing anything down for us. She recommended that we pick out another band for him since the original one he picked out was no longer there. I'm guessing it was sold to someone else in the mean time. So we pick out a different ring, one for myself and one for him. Once again she assured us that no payments at this point were necessary and that our orders were written down and she would place them two months prior to our wedding date. Fast forward to yesterday (exactly two months until our date) I was in the neighborhood and had a gut feeling I should go in and double check our order was placed. Luckily I trusted my guy because when I walked in the woman who had helped me numerous times in the past didn't even remember who I was. Worried, I asked her to give me an eta on our ring order. She asked for both my name and my fiancé's and for the next half hour went searching in various rooms for our order forms. She then tells me it seems as though my orders have been lost and things of this nature never happen, she's usually very organized. As before she suggested I pick out another band. Trying to remain composed o let her know that it was not my ring it was for my fiancé and I don't remember what he picked out. She asked if I would come back in with him to start this whole process over again and I simply nodded and walked out of the store. I'm not sure how this place stays in business with these sort of practices. It seems as though they need to step into the 21st century with their catalog systems and their employees.

My wife and I had a great experience at Landmark Jewelers. We were looking for a new wedding ring after 25 years of marriage. We were warmly greeted the second we waked in the door. Toni worked with us until we found the perfect ring, and we saw many! Sarah also helped in the ring selection. The attention and service we received from Toni and Sarah was exceptional! They were very sensitive to our desires and found a ring that my wife and I love! I can't say enough positive things about Landmark Jewelers and their employees. We feel we made good friends, not just a transaction. It was an all around great ring selection and purchasing experience! We found that special place and we'll certainly be back. Thank you Landmark Jewelers!

Phenomenal customer service. I needed a new watch band witch the Italian watch company couldn't deliver. Kathleen negotiated an all together new watch for me. I wasn't charged a penny. She chuckled when I offered to buy the office lunch even though I was quite serious. Lovely people.

Roger was the best! I got my wife's engagement ring from there and he took the time to find styles that she wanted and customize it to what she really wanted. Great quality for great prices!
