I lived in this Hotel for 13 weeks. I've had some good, some bad and some ugly experiences. Front desk staff was very friendly and mostly accommodating. I worked nights and slept during days. The hotel was constantly under construction so it was always noisy so it was kinda hard to get good sleep during the day because of loud construction noise. The worst part was the Room service. While doing room service.  One day as i was wiping my face and ended up getting lots of tiny hair in my mouth. Well the night before I had trimmed my beard. When they came to do room service, they set clean towel on dirty sink top with my trimmed beard hair. I was upset and I complain but not much changed.  I often found hair in my towels. The room service walked on me twice, once I was just getting out of shower and other time I was in bed. I had do not disturb sign up but it was ignored by room service. Privacy and cleanliness was the least at this place. Restaurant is alright. Overall its ok place.

The venue is owned by PMC and the catering was great fit the event I attended! Good drink choices as well. They expanded the space by having a tent which made it much more comfortable. I can't comment on how it is normally.

Overall very good. Even after their remodel you can tell that the building is quite old. Their restaurant is good with the best ranch dressing I've ever had in my entire life.
