I've been renting for awhile and I don't know why anyone would say the owners are rude or arrogant. Its an older property but you can't beat the rates. They have always been nice to me and if you are being charged a late fee, try paying on time that would solve a lot of problems. How would you like to go to pick up your paycheck and be told oh I can't pay you for two weeks. Its their property and they also have to pay the bills. Sounds like sour grapes to me.

This place is a joke. It's a scam to make you feel your getting a good deal when your actually being ripped off. The woman in the office who claims she's the owner which I do not believe one second that's a cover up to keep herself from being reported is never in the office during business hours to be able to make a payment. She is rude arrogant and a crook. Beware stay away from this trashy slum of a business. What a joke I had to check one star to post the rating is definitely zero stars in fact it's negative

Landmark Storage is nothing short of a rip off. There is hardly ever anyone in the office to collect payments or answer the phone. It's my opinion that the reason for that is because they charge an outragious late fee of 25.00. I have had a unit there for a year now, and for over half of the 12 months I've rented there, I have been charged that late fee. The security of the coded gate is a joke, since the gate has only been operational for about a month since I've been doing business with them. Don't let their low monthly rental rate fool you.... once you factor in the late fee you are almost certain to be assessed regularly, the cost of the unit is outragious. I am moving my things to another unit by the first of next month and would not ever recommend these people to anyone.
