I just bought my bike and a trailer for my little one from them. Jack helped me to buy everything I need, she also helped me installing the trailer to my bike and carrying everything to my car. She is very nice and helpful also was very kind to my son. I highly recommend them. Thank you Jack!

Always helpful staff. They seem to understand all types of bicyclists from budget minded to those with the droolsome gear, an issue I have run into at some other stores.

I've bought two bikes and a few accessories from this shop over the past 10 years and have to say that Landry's staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and not at all into pressure sales.  The selection is good in terms of both road and mountain bikes; since they're a chain, they have the inventory of multiple stores at their disposal.  The shop just seems to be geared toward higher end customers, not DIY cheapskates like me.  Parts and tools are a bit pricey.  There's another shop in an adjacent town that has better shop rates and mechanics (see my other reviews).   Mark downs on bikes aren't that frequent, but worth jumping on when they happen.

friendly, knowledgeable, skilled. I left convinced they went the extra mile for me. If I stay in the area I would trust my bike with them again

These guys are great to work with.  Brandon runs a great show and offers sound advice, not just a sales pitch on the most expensive stuff on the floor - I can browse a bike company's website for that.  I consider myself an able home mechanic, and when I either can't get something right, or screw it up trying, Russ and Josh are there to bail me out.
