The gym space is awesome. I can always find an available machine. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

An outstanding place to workout! Some say it's to pricey but all the classes come free! They also have personal trainers that will help you reach your fitness goals! Not just only in the gym but in nutrition! I definitely recommend this place!

I just started working out and I'm already feeling better. I like that an area is set for women only. I don't feel so self concious about working out. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Love the atmosphere.

I loved going here to workout. It's one of the best gyms in the city. The owner really makes sure that people feel at home there and they maintain their equipment very well. You'll feel like family there, stop on in and tell them you read my review.
