I shop here so much, I know my size without having to try a whole bunch on. Staff is always smiling and helpful.

They do not have petite pants available at this location. Store manager was very insensitive about this and suggested that I order online. When I asked what should I do when I am not able to wait for my pants to be mailed to me, she just shrugged her shoulders. No empathy or concern. Petite plus size women really should boycott Lane Bryant because most of their stores do not stock petite pants.

Pretty much got tired of every 2 minutes somebody asking me do I need help if I wanted help I would ask for your help and then you wouldn't want to give it too many people on Sundays just because they're trying to burn their hours they need to have them in the back cleaning up verses on the floor pestering customers trying to be at peace looking for merchandise if we wanted your help we'd ask for it
