I walked in this place & was instantly bombarded by a woman (named Mendie) asking what she could help me with. I answered her, "I'm just looking for now." She proceeded to give me the sales pitch about what kind of deals they had going.. I said thanks & went about my business. 
Not even 2 minutes later she comes over & asks if I'm shopping with their store's credit card, I tell her no & she just stood there like I was supposed to ask about it or something. She told me, "Well if you apply for one today..." I replied, "Ok thanks." Blah, blah, blah..
3 more times this girl checked to make sure I was "doing ok". I wasn't even in this store for 30 mins... 
They must work off commission here. They are HELICOPTER SALES PEOPLE, FOR SURE!
On top of all that the older woman (shorter, with short dark brown hair) that worked there tried to put me in a dressing room she KNEW didn't lock. When I asked about it she said, "Yeah, it doesn't lock." LIKE IT WAS NO BIG DEAL! 
This place needs maintenance on it's building & it's employees! I will not be back again

I love this place. The people that work here are so and so. There's a few people that are super nice and helpful then there's one lady that pushes for you to buy stuff to hard. She got me to buy a $65 bra when I didn't want to. She convinced me to get the credit card and didn't tell me any info on it or that I would have to pay for the savings I received. A lot of the ladies there are super nice abd helpful just be careful. I feel like I've heen scammed. It was me with my young daughter so I feel like she just took advantage of my chaos.

I love Lane Bryant as a chain but the customer service was horrible at this particular location. I came in browsing for a wedding and eventually was helped out. She retrieved a couple of pairs of capri's because I'm short and she thought they would fit like pants on me. Unfortunately after just trying on one pair I realized it wasn't going to work. So I came out shortly thereafter. She took the pants from me and proceeded to talk about how stinky they were. She said " I was wondering what that smell was coming from..." While I stood right there looking at dresses. I was unaware of any smell but I had just made a five hour trip from Jasper. I'm usually quite sensitive to smells. Well she didn't stop there. I was surprised at the comments she was making and decided I wouldn't be buying anything there. As I left she followed me out of the store and I could hear her sniffing the air right behind me...I've never felt more humiliated.
