They are always super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff helps you shop and gets to know your style.  The selection and location are great but the staff makes this my favorite Lane Bryant hands down. Love love love it. Wish I had more stars to give.

I just had the best experience finding the exact type and fit of bra that I desperately needed. I was helped by Cassandra who was very knowledgeable and very patient. I got fitted and walked out very happy. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

This was a very poor experience. The cashier was not adequately trained in handling transactions. The machine kicked my order out at the end. She called the manager over to assist with the order. She lied and said she had to call someone and began to check out friend. The customer service was very poor and need to be addressed.

Manager had horrible attitude leaning over counter. I asked the manager if she could give me a percentage off of a item that has makeup on it as well as a small snag and she was reluctant to try to help me and told me that someone would buy these eventually I had $300 worth of clothing on counter. I told her to keepall of it. I will take my business to Perimeter.
