I was not shopping for myself but I was with my cousin and this Lane Bryant was everything. She walked in and was able to get fitted, try on and buy 2 new bras within 15 minutes. The store clerks were so nice and so helpful with everything. And I might add the bras are the bomb dot com when fitted correctly. A little on the expensive side though. Almost $50 for ONE bra? I definitely let my cousin and the clerk's know I apologize for the way it is because that's ridiculous but guess what... The manager applied a store discount and she got 20% off the whole purchase. 👏🏾 overall experience was great!

One of the sales associates was extremely RUDE to me when i asked her for a fitting room. She told me they were open and to just get a room. Then later while she was ringing me up in front of her manager she continued to give me an attitude asking if i had a coupon after i had told her in the beginning of the transaction that i would be using a coupon. Also the register counter was very disorganized with a giant shipping box in the way of me putting my merchandise up on the counter. The overall customer service was not helpful or friendly.
