I haven't been to this Lane Bryant in 7 years. The store is fabulous and the customer service is great. I had the pleasure to interact with Mrs. Amy and Mrs. Nancy. They was able to eyeball my size right off and made me feel comfortable. I know I talked their ears off but they listened and it made me feel right at home. Can't wait to go back  Thank you for excellent service !

I went in today and I’m greatful to say that a nice young lady named Kaiori gave me the best customer service I have ever had in all the Lane Bryant’s I’ve been to. Thank you so much and I will be going back for sure.

This is an L B that usually has good selection.  Customer service is unpredictable.   Sometimes it is outstanding,  other times it is substandard.   I hate feeling like my business is an imposition to a sales person.  This has happened to me more than once.  I like the products,  so shop here when it is convenient.
