They were wonderful, helpful and attentive. Wasn't even in the store a minute and an associate walked over and asked if we needed help. The Bra Guru Gina helped me get the right bra size and the right bra for me. I will go back again for hard to find clothes for me.

Manager at location is rude and not personable at all. System was down and she was just rude. Came straight out of left field talking about how she served in the military and how she found it to be unimportant that the companies system was down and updating . I was 1 of about 15+ clients who waited a good 20 minutes, while she rambled on about having to put ships in the see and admirals questioning her when she was in the military.

Went to this location yesterday and was not approached by any sales rep. I was in the store for atleast 15 minutes, walking around and no one even spoke to me or my mother.  Will not be returning at all. I worked in retail, it doesn't matter how busy the store is, you always recognize the customer.  Very rude ladies, get your manners together please.

Dear Lane Bryant. I love your clothes, bras, and accessories. However, please train your staff to remove the flippin security tabs. This is the second time I have had to take items back to have them removed. They are the ink exploding tabs so I cannot remove them. Seriously, I will now have to go through my shopping bags before I leave the store to make sure your employees have removed them. This is not something your customers should have to do when they spend $400 each time they visit your store. Thank you.
