In full disclosure, I work for Laney's in the Service Department.  However, I just had some work done at my house by the Retail Installation Department and I want to share my experience...We recently had our electric furnace replaced with a high efficiency gas furnace and our old air conditioner replaced.  Dustin, Anthony, and Ian were great.  The job was not the easiest to complete due to space limitations and access issues.  They did an awesome job.  Everything was completed in one day.  They worked efficiently and cleaned up the work area to look better than before they started.  Wonderful job guys, thank you very much!

My Mom's furnace went wild and wouldn't stop running on the Friday before Christmas. It had to be shut off at the circuit breaker. I called Laney's and even though they were super busy because of the cold and holiday weekend, Lucas came out within a couple of hours and got it working like a charm. Thanks Laney's and Lucas! You did a great job! Have a great New Year!

Troy was awesome. Knowledgeable, and great to work with. He came late at night when our heat when out (in subzero temperatures with two small kids at home). Had to order a part and came back to finish the job. We'll definitely call back if we need help again. Thank you!

From my initial call to set an appointment, all the way to the final cleanup by Ben, I could not be more pleased! Andi was professional and personable scheduling my appointment. I was able to stay at work until Carrie called to let me know a plumber was available. I appreciate not having to waste time waiting for a plumber to show up at my house! Ben was efficient and thorough. He reviewed my options, and gave me his opinion, explaining why he would do it that way. The repair was completed on time and exactly as quoted. I have used Laney's for both plumbing and HVAC, and will call them in the future!

Troy was our technician that came out to do a service on our HVAC system and he did a great job on the work as well as explaining what it is that he was doing. Our heat was back up and running in no time. He answered several other questions that I had and pointed out things to watch for for preventative maintenance purposes. I've used Laney's several times now since we've purchased our home and can't find a reason to go anywhere else!
