The verdict is definitely still out on Langford landing at least for the locals. Driving around what will soon be a lot of fancy homes some on the water the place looks like it will attract some high end residents. It doesn't look like it will be ready for the fall 2017 opening however they have done a lot of attractive and tasteful Landscaping already. Trouble is when they plowed everything down they drove out the peacocks which had been living there for a long time and it may take awhile to get over that no matter how nice the new residents are!
