I wrote a $50 check to my daughter who has an account here (the entire family has) and when she went to deposit or cash the check, she was told by the teller she/he can't do it because it's a personal check.   I told my daughter to destroy the check and I will do an online transfer to her account.

I agree with the last review. This is by far the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. I own my own business and have accounts with 5 different banks. The employees are aweful. There is no such thing as customer service and act like they are paying you, not the other way around! I will do everything possible to not have to step foot into this branch again. The light-skinned lady at the front plays music loud enough to hear throughout the bank and has you wait with no one else in the lobby while she finishes up whatever she is doing. This branch is enough for me to get my car loan refinanced somewhere else, and I would be willing to pay a little higher interest rate just for the convenience of not having to deal with these incredibly unprofessional people.

The only reason i like this bank is because i get paid alittle early. Other than that ive seen way better

This is the worst bank ever!!!! Don't use this bank!!! Go to Navy Federal!!!!!

Beware!!!!!! Scam bank with nasty ghetto employees. We were treated rudely because of something that was their fault. Don't finance through them or allow them any access to your money!!!!!! Hate this "bank"!!!!
