No one likes a smart alec! I was in Lansdale and stopped in the public library for assistance. I am a professor and business woman who needed to log on for five minutes to obtain a conference call number. I appreciate everyone has policies- BUT no one likes a smart a**. The blonde woman with bi-color braids was nice- but the other young woman showed NO respect with her smart remarks... no respect for my age- close to 50- for my urgency or even me as a person. Library is supposed to be pleasant. I dont take issue with not getting access- I take issue with VERY disrespectful service. Perhaps the smart alec should work in the back instead of with the public : -(

To some of the reviewers complaining about it being "a private library"... You obviously don't understand the difference in private and public entities. It's public and if you looked into it you can still use the library if you don't live in lansdale, you just have to pay a 30 dollar fee.
