Nice place to fill up and rest coming back from Cleveland Clinic.  I felt like I could fall asleep.

I waited too long to call for a LP delivery.  I was at less than 10% in my tank.  I was told on the phone that they might not be able to deliver until after Thanksgiving (6 days).  They delivered the next morning!!  They have always had great customer service.  5 stars for sure.

The first time I called, the receptionist was very friendly, and explained everything in a polite manner. Being very informative while also being considerate is a big seller to me! This is what made me choose Lansing Ice and Fuel over Williamston Oil (sidenote their receptionist is rude and unhelpful.) 
LI&F's receptionist told me it might be a few days before they could come out to fill up our fuel oil. He was out the next afternoon. 
Last night, came home to an empty tank and a cold house after being out of town. I called this morning, she told me it may be a day or two depending on his schedule. I told her we were out- out, and he was there within 3 hours! 
The driver is always very personable, and nice as well. As long as I live in this area, and have fuel needs, they'll be the company I use! 5 stars, couldn't ask for better!!! Thank you for getting my house all warmed up again so quickly during this bitter cold weather!!!!

Great service and always friendly. We have ordered our fuel from Lansing Ice & Fuel for over five years and can always count on them.  Last year when we had all that wonderful snow & ice we were almost out of fuel oil. We place our order and they said it might be a few days, understandably enough, so we were prepared to wait our turn. Much to our happy surprise they showed up at our house by lunch time the very next day! #fuel  #customerservice
