I've used this as my go-to urgent care and received good care from them every time in the past, but due to a recent visit I'll be going elsewhere from now on. My 1 year old baby was sick with influenza and was denied treatment due to his insurance being temporarily deactivated. Even when I told the receptionist I talked to his insurance company & they agreed to back-pay any treatment that isn't insured in the meantime..she said I didn't have it in writing and was still refused treatment. Just goes to show what the medical industry is all about anymore, money instead "getting better". Any facility that can turn down a sick little 1 year old is just wrong.

Great experience 3 different times here for myself, and my kids! Not only has it been fast and efficient, they are finding new ways to help by adding some meds available from them immediately! I didn't have to cart my sick son around to the pharmacy after going to the doctor.  Highly recommend these folks!!

This is a great place to get in and out, unless of course it is terribly busy! People are very friendly and helpful too. They keep everything nice and clean, and I love the hand sanitizer siting about there. I had help from Jessie A., Michael M., Sami, and Dawn. I am not sure which one was the nurse but she was very kind and friendly with my mother and I. I also love the ability to snag your perscription there rather than having to go to your primary pharmacy!

The staff did an incredible job treating our 7 year old daughter! Super friendly, caring, and very respectful towards all of us. We didn’t know how severe her injury was and they were very quick to arrange a transport for us to the hospital. The PA from urgent care even called the next day to find out how our daughter was doing!
