I bought a new atv in November 16 from Paul. He was great to deal with. I used the plow three times that winter then in the summer I needed to use the winch. I pulled out the cable to notice that it was kinked every few inches. I called them and they told me to let all the way out and bring it back in under tension. So I did, then this winter after using it 4 times the cable snapped. I told him and he said I'm sick of you calling up here about this. It is not my problem take it up with the manufacturer of the winch. So I did and they preceded to tell me that they do put the cable on by hand but it is the dealer who is supposed to pull the wire back out and pull it in on tension. I'm irritated because of the way he talked to me of course he will say I treat customer they way I get treated. So basically I'm getting a new cable from the manufacturer but I feel like Paul should know that if a person buys something new from him they shouldn't have problems within the first year. Makes me wonder if when I do have a real problem it won't be fixed right.

Paul the Salesman really took care of me and went out of his way to get me a good deal on the bike I purchased from them. He found me a great rate through Honda Financial and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with him and Lapeer Honda. If you're looking to purchase a new or used Honda I highly recommend taking the trip from Detroit Metro to check them out rather than dealing with Honda Suzuki of Warren. Also their delivery fee was very reasonable, if I remember correctly it cost me the same for a 50 mile delivery as their competitor wanted to charge for a

Was in Saturday looking for a new toy, had a great salesman he help every step of the way. Got me the toy I wanted and a payment that I could afford. Will definitely continue to do business here.
