Absolutely terrible customer service. In short, wife left a jacket to be dry cleaned, we were surprised that the jacket was damaged and they claimed that it was just wear and tear and they are not responsible. After very rude and inappropriate phone conversation with my wife, the manager (Scott) took the jacket and "attempted" to fix the buckles that were damaged. Over the course of 4 weeks that we didn't hear back and attempted multiple times to get in touch with them through text and phone calls, we didn't get any replies. A few weeks later, by coincidence saw Scott delivering some clothes to our building and inquired again about the jacket, to which he said, we have ordered the buckles but I have no timeline as to when the jacket will be ready. I asked, maybe 1 week? 2 weeks? He replied "who knows". Finally, completely fed up by his lack of professionalism and customer service, this morning went to the Location and one of the clerks, contacted him, to which he responded the jacket will be ready this afternoon and will be delivered to us. (more than 4 weeks later after attempting to fix their damage). This afternoon, my wife received the following text: "We are not responsible for buckles - we tried to help them to smooth out a rough situation but are unable to fix the belt. The jacket is back at One Greenway as of this evening. I would suggest contacting Club Monaco directly to explain the defect and seek a replacement." Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and poor customer service delivered by this location. Lucky for them, google doesn't let me put 0 stars!

No dry cleaning at weekends so i had to opt for to get my week's work shirts washed - dry cleaning would have gotten them back by Tuesday (from late Friday drop off). Girl told me the wash and fold was $1.90 per lb and she put them in at 10lb but said the cleaners (off-site) would tell us the weight when they return the washed items (I estimated about 5lb).. when collected I get told that its 10lb minimum, so charged $19 on my small bundle of clothes. When I called their phone before I went on Friday night and when I collected at the end of day on Saturday, neither time they answered the phone. Frustrating as I could have gotten my shirts dry cleaned and nicely pressed elsewhere - now I have to request an iron from the hotel and iron them!

If you have low expectations for your clothing, this place is best for you. Everybody else stay away from this dry cleaner. Very bad dry cleaning job.
