We were referred to the Joe Lapham law firm by a medical company when we had an auto accident when a 17 year old ran a stop sign and totaled our Escalade.  They had no insurance.  Thus, we had to go against our own insurance company under the uninsured motorist provision.  There were a lot of medical issues that needed to be resolved.  We met with Joe Lapham many, many times, and he negotiated almost 3 times the amount they first wanted to pay.  He will fight for your best results. During the process, we became good friends.  He is a great person, lawyer, and will get you the best possible result in your situation.

Joe gave me a chance and listened to my claim. He kept me informed on the events that were coming up. Both He and his assistant Tara were very helpful. He eased my mind, and walked me through what event we had coming up. Slip and falls are hard to win, but he won $80,000.00. I would highly recommend Lapham Law Firm. In December of 2005, I was injured in a car accident.  My parents suggested that I speak with an attorney about my situation.  I met with Joe for a consultation, and I knew he was the best possible attorney for me.  Joe handled every aspect of the case for me.  He once told me that I had hired him to do the worrying for me; that was very true.  Any time I called or e-mailed Joe, he handled every thing that was worrying me.  I did plenty of worrying myself, but Joe reassured me many times throughout the case.  Joe was available whenever I needed him.  He met many times with my family and friends that would testify on my behalf.  Joe did everything he possibly could to help me with my case.  In the end, I was on the winning side.  The insurance company that I was going up against paid my medical bills, leaving me with no more worrying about how I was going to pay my medical bills.  I would never have been able to do this without Joe.  I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do it will be Joe.  Without a doubt, Joe would be the only attorney I ever use.  I hope no one that I know even needs an attorney, but if that happens I will tell him or her about Joe.
