Not sure about their landscaping, but at least one of their crew could use some driving etiquette training. I live on Harding Street and he just flashed by house doing about 50 in a 35 and laying on his horn like there's a house on fire. It's a residential neighborhood. Come on!!! Show a bit of courtesy for the safety and quality of life for the people who actually live here.
