While the medical staff that work here were pleasant, it has turned into a medical billing nightmare. If you are a University of Wyoming student and have student health insurance AVOID coming here. They are not an approved UHC vender. And because they continued to send the claim to the wrong place with the wrong ID number, I ended up having to pay the entire medical bill myself. I called them at least 6 times during the year to get things figured out to no avail. Their billing department just could not figure it out. By the time they did, more than a year had passed and UHC denied the claim. AVOID LARAMIE REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH.
