Very attentive staff and great food. I love how everything they make is made to order and fresh! It is a bit high-priced for what you get but definitely well worth it when it comes to freshness and taste.

Their gluten free bun is nice. We have done the burgers, the turkey, and the tuna. We like them all. If you like thin fries, then they are pretty darn good. Sometimes, when in the mood for thin fries, that's all we get. Been going here for over 5 years now, and while they have messed up orders before, they always make it right quickly after mentioning it.

My niece told me these burgers were the best. My fave was mashburger. Now my new fave. The meat is grilled perfectly. Like the shoe string fries and salad. A real salad with arugula and spinach. Yes indeed, good eats.

Terrible experience... The raw meat wasn't the worst part. The reaction from the kids working behind the counter was the worst part. I was told this meat comes from "a five-star vendor" and can't be under cooked. Completely blown away by the incompetence and irresponsibility of the staff... guarantee I'm calling the district manager Monday morning. Absolutely disgusting serving something like that to the public. And their inability to correct the problem was the icing on the cake.....wow.

This rating is only from comparing other lark burgers I've been to. Both my husband and our friend discovered their orders were wrong after looking at their receipts. They went to tell the cashier who had to tell the kitchen. It took about 15 minutes for us to get our order. Looking around at other people, i suspect the situation was similiar with them. The food was still good. Can't say the same about the service...
