The work they did was great. The time in which it took wasn't. Some of that time was waiting on the insurance company. I had to call them after my truck was in the shop for 4 days to figure out what was going on. One call to the insurance company everything was fixed and then had to call Larry H. Miller back. Once that was cleared everything went smooth. Wish the communication was better. I shouldn't have to be left wondering where my truck is 4 days later. After being told it was a 3 day job. Total time in shop 1 week.

This team was kind, professional, and kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Joe and Luis were absolutely wonderful.  My car was not the cleanest with 2 children in it all the time. They even took the time to detail my car INSIDE AND OUT!  It was so refreshing to have a team you can count on when your dealing with an accident. If you every need repairs done to your vehicle i highly suggest Larry H Miller Collision in Murray!

Brady was so very helpful and great to work with, very professional.
He took the time upon evaluation to review all the areas that I needed work on, showed me other problems I was unaware of, then provide me with a quote that was pretty much on the mark.
He called me often with updates and explained everything that came up while the work was in process. Allowing me to make the decisions necessary to continue on. Rather than having additional work completed and notifying me after.
Your entire crew were extremely pleasant to work with.

These guys were great, I got into a fender bender and had to have my new truck towed in. They were prompt with working me into their schedule, followed up with me every step of the way. In a blink of an eye, my truck was good as new and ready for me to pick it up. 

Thanks again to the whole team for making it so easy.

I have taken several cars to LHM Collision Center. This time like all others they did a great job. I have always been happy with there work. Frank has worked on many of my cars and he does an amazing job.
