Incredibly fast, efficient, and caring CPA. He answered any question that I had in person, on the phone. His technology makes document uploads incredibly convenient. He's extremely knowledgable of multi-state businesses and can get the job done fast. And he returns calls almost immediately. I couldn't be more impressed.

I met Larry about 8 years ago and shortly after that I started using him to do my personal taxes. It became very clear that I would never go back to the H&R Blocks of the world after experiencing the attention and personal touch that he brought to the table. In working with Larry, you quickly get the impression that he's not just there to handle the task at hand but to help problem solve and set you on a course towards future success. His genuine passion for helping people is evident in all areas of his life, business included. Years later I started my own consulting business and had him filing my S Corp and personal taxes. As things began to grow I started to realize that I was in over my head in certain areas and I brought Larry on as a consultant to help streamline my systems/processes and lay a solid infrastructure that would allow my business to thrive under current conditions and also handle future growth that I was anticipating. We worked together to develop a phased program over a six month period in an effort to sync many critical components of my business (taxes, budgeting, financial planning, payroll, bookkeeping, invoicing, insurance, etc) for maximum efficiency. As usual, Larry delivered on every level and in the first year after implementing this program my business doubled. As it continues to grow, I lean on Larry constantly for guidance and direction as we are always making adjustments and looking at ways to further refine and streamline the business. I can't begin to express the peace of mind this has brought. Having real stability in my business infrastructure allows me to do I what I do best and serve my own clients with greater focus. Larry brings a diverse background to the table that uniquely qualifies him as not only a trusted tax advisor, but also a skilled business advisor. I can't advocate him enough for anyone out there running a small business and looking to organize your infrastructure and create greater efficiencies. The result for me has been tremendous. While Larry no longer lives in Orange County, CA where I reside, his role in my business remains the same and I look forward to future success with him by my side.

Larry Phillips is the CPA who formed my LLC, and specializes in small businesses. He is absolutely amazing and made the entire process as effortless and simplistic as possible. Larry has always been there when I needed to bombard him with questions about taxes and best practices for my business. There has never been a moment where I've doubted his expertise. I highly recommend you seek his advise and allow him to help you grow. When you become part of his client base you also inherit some perks; discounted access to QuickBooks Online and Paychex for employer payroll. Don't waste anymore time and call him!
