Horrible customer service, I purchased a pair of boots for my fiance on layaway,they were paid off in a little over a month. They were purchased for 266.20, after getting them out today we decided we were not happy with the boots and tried to return them there is a sign for 25% restocking fee more than willing to pay it. However he would not return any of the money only offer me store credit so I tried another pair for 135.00 and he still would not refund the difference. I feel like I was robbed, he was unwilling to work this out with me , totally unreasonable I will be at his store warning customers of this, so it does not happen to any one else. BUYERS BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GREAT at Shoe Repair!  Make even an old tattered shoe almost new!

Not so amazing at Shoe Shine.  I go here a lot and stopped getting my shoes shined because every time I ask for Clear Polish and every time they use Black, which rubs off on clothes and furniture.
