I have had great experiences with Larry and Sons. I have had them do annual services on my HVAC system and a few plumbing issues. It was always easy to schedule an appointment and usually they can show up pretty quickly. Their office calls you when they are on the way to your house and they have always arrived within their window. I have worked with John and Andrew and they have been very polite and great with my dogs. They have always fixed our issues. I will agree that some of their prices do seem high, so like anything else always get second quote if you feel it is to high. I recommend them and will continue to use them. Thank you.

I needed help changing the fixtures on my bathtub and cleaning a slow running drain. There were able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly (as these were not emergencies) and the technician (Andrew) performed the work very conscientiously. Changing the fixtures was fairly easy and straightforward but he took the time to verify the new shower pipe and tub spout were not leaking by a detailed inspection at the access panel.
I am very satisfied with the work.

Two issues: 

1. Toilet with a flapper issue. He fixed this. Then after flushing that evening I hear water in the basement. I go down to see it all pouring through the floor into my laundry room. After calling they say don't worry about it and it did stop..... but thankfully it went into laundry room, not living room. 

2. Our pipes are knocking. We have a sprinkler system in our home. In order for us to stop the knocking we have to release that valve and dump 1-5 cups 3-4 times a day. We call City Water and they replace everything and that's not the issue. We call Larry and Sons because we're still not sure what is causing the knocking. 

Larry changes 2 things. He adds some pressure valve to the water heater. Ok. Then he adds a new regulator to control the PSI coming into the house. The knocking always happened when it got up to 150psi but should be at 100.

After those 2 changes it got much worse and we we dumping 8 gallons of water a day or more to keep them from bursting. I filmed it before they came, during their time here and after.  Eventually i started researching and it looks like it's the back flow regulator from the sprinkler system. 

This is where i get mad. I call Larry and sons every single day for 3 weeks. Every day they say they'll call me back. They charge me almost $2,000 and its now worse and they won't come back to fix it, they won't even return my calls. 

I find another guy to come out and his first response was "you should sue Larry and Sons because they knew full well it was the back flow regulator but yet charged you for all this crazy extra work." so he fixed that and the knocking stopped.

Still heard nothing from shiesty Larry and Sons so I'm here doing what I hate doing.... writing reviews. This company's lying and dirty with doing unnecessary work for people who don't know much about plumbing and their horrible with customer service. I should have trusted my gut with this company and said NONONO. Never again.

Clayton, Danny R., and Jason have all been great.  Clayton did a great job repairing leaky pipes last year and Danny R. did a great job today.  Jason coordinated the repairs and costs,  and made arrangements for us to stay in a hotel while repairs were made.  Very happy with the work Larry & sons performed.

Matt did a wonderful job for me today explained all the issues with my old AC and possible solutions. Thank you Matt.
Also the Plummer did his inspection with no issues at the present but I can not remember his first name but he's been here before.
