Larsen Christensen & Rico is a litigation boutique, with our practice limited to trials and appeals. We represent numerous local, national and international concerns, including local real estate developers, national product distributors, and domestic and foreign vehicle manufacturers. We are a team of trial lawyers. We try cases. Our law firm also has an excellent track record of resolving difficult cases in mediation.

Larsen Christensen & Rico focuses upon product liability defense and complex commercial litigation. We have handled cases involving shareholder disputes, derivative actions, fraud, real estate litigation, construction litigation, intellectual property, products liability defense and personal injury defense. The majority of our cases have demanding accounting or engineering aspects in a large number of industries. Recently, we have appeared as lead counsel in commercial litigation cases in California, Idaho, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Minnesota and New York.

We attract commercial cases where the client’s financial future is at stake. We also seem to attract troubled cases from clients dissatisfied with earlier representation, even to the point of taking one case over on the fourth day of a seventeen-day trial. Finally we are lawyers’ lawyers. When lawyers have problems requiring trial counsel, they often times come to us for help.
