Very disappointed. Booked a room with a fireplace, no fireplace. Not able to open windows to enjoy October desert air. Noisy A/C that had to be turned off to get any sleep. Room was very tired and in need of some TLC. On the plus side,  Close to town and they do serve a nice breakfast.  We checked out after one night of two. Manager never even asked why. No refund because we booked through Expedia.

 beautiful little Boutique Hotel in the middle of downtown. Very conveniently located and walking distance to most major sites in Santa Fe. Staff was exceptionally friendly especially the breakfast team in the kitchen who prepared an excellent omelette and espresso. Definitely two thumbs up and highly recommended

I have stayed at Tienda Inn across the street and thought that was expecting a similar experience. Also the other reviews were pretty good,  but instead the room, while large, was really worn and dated. Definitely not the best experience. I travel A LOT and was quite surprised at how tired everything looked. On the good side, breakfast is tasty with espressso drinks. However there are so many great breakfast places in Santa Fe that it's not really a selling point. I even went to Ten thousand Waves twice to shower because the bathroom was not that nice and to hang out because who wants to go back to an old smelly room?

Room was excellent and spacious and within walking distance of several restaurants and entertainment options. We loved the patio and really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

This spot is great.

Some of the rooms are a little strange some of the rooms are amazing. 

Ours was amazing. (Unit #37) 

Really, really great.

Tons of parking.

Very friendly staff.

Breakfast!!! is available. It's all about saving time while on vacation.
