Childcare: my 7 and 10 year old said they've heard the staff cuss a few times in front of children. 

Outside: always trash everywhere and people taking up two spaces for their car.

Atmosphere: Way to busy all the time. Yes they have a lot of machines but it being packed all the time doesn't help. I feel like they care more about making money rather than having happy customer that can actually work out without feeling suffocated. The weight area is a joke. Nothing is free. People wait in line to be next. You have people sitting on a machine just hanging out on their phone. People leave trash everywhere and on machines. 

Customer service: I've asked questions that staff can't answer and don't care to help find out the answer for you. Mostly teenagers talking. That's great you wanna scan my card but why can't you help me with a question or a concern.

Very welcoming environment. Matt at the North Decatur location is one of the best employees. I scheduled a tour and one of the biggest reasons I signed up on the spot was that he was more interested in knowing me and my needs than he was getting me to sign up. He never mentioned pricing until I asked. The child care area is great. Their security policy makes me feel safe about dropping children off to go work out.

Best price. Half the price of some places and they have the most classes. Always open. Love this place. Even have child care if I was willing to pay.

One of the best gyms I've been to! Friendly staff at the front desk, bathrooms always clean, great selection of machines. Can see the strip from far away from a certain area of the gym

I walked in with a friend (who is a member) to do my 7 day trial. The women that I spoke to was so rude and was so quick to walk away in the middle of our conversation. I would not want to sign up with how unfriendly she was. EOS down the road ,off of  Losee, has much better customer serves. They are so nice, it is not difficult for you to feel right at home. We ended up walking out and driving a little further to EOS.
