Its clean, never packed to a point of not being able to use any machines. Kinda ghetto, but nothing too serious, its tolerable, (to my standards at least .) Ive never had any incidents.  The dryers could be more efficient but that's about it.

It's quick ,really gets the clothes super clean , a great staff, all of the latest laundry supplies and a great place to eat right next door ( Mr. Wings) I can wash dry and fold 7 loads in about 70min

Bad!!!   
Leave your coins at home.  If you use a credit card you have to pay at least $5 to get their scam of a card.  You can't put money in a machine, you have to buy their card first.   Then if you use the card to get in the bathroom, that's 25 cents, if you use it in a machine that doesn't work, (which you won't know till you try it) it takes more money off the card, then you have to pay again for another machine.   And the driers; I paid three times, and the clothes still weren't dry.   The only way to get more time, buy another card, or put more money on that one.  Minimum of $5 if you use a CC.  You can't buy a card with coins, which is what I brought to the laundromat. 

When I think of all the laundromats I've been to in my life, few come to mind that are worse than this one.
