Yvette is an excellent agent, she is very knowledgeable about her job and know the area very well. She is willing to go the extra miles to help her clients and get the job done on time. I bought 2 house through her and very satisfy with her. I have recommended Yvette to many of my friends and co-works. If you want an agent who is still up till midnight to help you look for your dream home, that is Yvette. I would definitely recommend Yvette to anyone that need an agent. Kay- May 23, 2011

Yvette from the Michelle Sterling team is probably the best realtor I have met in my life. She’s extremely military friendly, and obviously experienced in finding you the home of your dreams even when you have to purchase from another state. We were getting ready to be moved by the military to Las Vegas when we got in touch with Yvette. She didn’t waist our time, and only went to the houses she knew would be suitable for our young family. She also did not try to get us out of our price range like other realtors who will push and push and push (making buying a home uncomfortable). We actually bought a home in Las Vegas from her without ever seeing it, and it was the best experience of our lives. Not only is she great for finding the right house for you and your family, but she is great at getting it sold fast when you have to move again. We got orders to move from Las Vegas about 2 years after we got there, and did not have time to sell before we left. Of course we called Yvette again, and she found us a buyer and closed on the house faster than we could have expected. If you want a hard working realtor with tons of energy that stays up until 2am every day working for YOU, then Yvette is the one.

Yvette has been outstanding helping us find great housing deals. She has provided sound advice on properties and offers we made to sellers. We are very happy with the investment properties we have purchased so far and have recommended her to friends and relatives. She should be cloned.
