I  just purchased a lamp from Laser, Susie helped us out and we are very happy with the purchase. Laser has a great selection and attentive service. I found Susie to be very helpful and a delight to work with.

I'm glad the previous reviewer had a good experience. So did we, about 7 years ago. But this time? Not so much. There are plenty of other lighting showrooms where the staff are actually pleased to see customers - but not so with "Susie" on the two days we had to deal with her. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere instead. Or at least, if you see "Susie" working the showroom floor, come back another day when she isn't.

Over the years I have purchased a great deal of lighting from this electrical supply company in Walworth, WI. The helpful folks at Laser have never disappointed me or my employees. My business relies on quality products and service. Whenever I can get a vendor that matches this ethic, I stick with them.
