Management of this establishment (Nena)  is arguementative and loud. I expressed a dislike for my eyebrows to the young lady who did my eyebrows. The Manager (Nena) jumped into the conversation and began to yell. She was the only one hostile. The young lady and I were just discussing how to fix my eyebrows and she jumped in the conversation yelling. I will NEVER return. Very Unprofessional!!!

Love this place! The atmosphere is comfortable and professional.  All the ladies are friendly but I especially love Nena.

I have been getting my face threaded with Nena since December 2010!! They are awesome! Definitely worth your time and money!

Nena is great! She always does an amazing job! Very courteous, the salon is clean! I will continue to go for my eyebrows!!

Do not waste your time or money. 
 
I am an avid supporter of small businesses, locally; however, my tolerance for blatant misrepresentation is ZERO!

Please research and find a business that wants to retain your services the honest way, and not set you up. 

Rather than them saying they can't do something, they will haphazardly spill chemicals in your eye; or blame you for their mistakes. I have tried to hang in their with them because I like threading; however, all of their services are lackluster and subpar.
