MY 2 CHILDREN WERE DISCHARGED FROM PRACTICE FOR MISSING TOO MANY APPOINTMENTS?  WE HAVE MISSED 1 APPOINTMENT AND IT WASN'T TECHNICALLY A MISS. MY SON WOKE UP THE MORNING OF HIS CLEANING WITH COLD SORE ON HIS LIP AND I DID NOT HAVE THE 24 HOUR PERIOD TO CANCEL IT SO I JUST BROUGHT HIM TO THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE HIS BROTHER HAD AN APPOINTMENT ALSO. AT WHICH POINT THEY TOLD ME WE WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE MY OLDEST AND LET THE COLD SORE HEAL. I JUST CALLED TO RESCHEDULE WHEN I WAS INFORMED MY CHILDREN WERE DISCHARGED. COMPLETELY ASININE! THEY ARE ALWAYS ALL OVER THE PLACE AND DISORGANIZED. THEY HAD MY SON CONFUSED WITH ANOTHER CHILD WHICH IS PROBABLY 1 OF THE APPOINTMENTS I "MISSED".

Four months pregnant and have been in horrible pain for over a week. They fit me in a day after I called and made me feel so comfortable. Both the female techs were beyond gentle and nice. I can not say enough about the staff at the Falmouth office. Thank you all so much!!

Friendly staff and knowledgeable technicians. Receptionists always remember your name and are more than happy to help with any issues that may arise. My Dental insurance through my work changed 3 times in 12 months and I had brought in the wrong insurance card. They did everything and more to make sure my visits were submitted to the correct insurance providers after the fact.

Wow , i have been in pain for 2 weeks before seeing dr latimer. He came in, introduced himself , asked me about my situation with my mouth. . Listened and described what he was going to do . I was very nervous and he put my at ease with the iv etc. My experience started with the receptionist, and she could not have been nicer. The dental staff were professional along with being so kind and made me feel comfortable and I was so anxious . So I can say nothing but 100% of positive feedback. Thank you to everyone that helped me .
