I had my hair chopped at Flecos salon.. and the lady here helped me out big time.. she fixed my hair and managed to make it look and feel very decent,  she took the time to wash and blow dry my hair to make sure it was perfect.  My hair is not at its finest because of my previous "cut" but it definitely is much better.

Ive been coming here for a couple years now. The customer service I have received from the owner has been one of a kind. She really enjoys what she does. Will keep coming

Norma is a truly professional stylist and she listen to the custumer needs...  To me this is the best place I been.

I had long beautiful hair until the day i stepped in this salon. I asked for ombre and the stylist confidently said she knew how to. I trusted her because of her fake confidence. She damaged my hair badly and gave me the worst haircut in the world. It was literally chopped up in different places. I had to go to another salon so they could fix my hair cut. This lady really did not know what she was doing. She was lucky that I did not sue because honestly the damage she did was horrible. No, horrible does not describe it. I was lucky to not end up bald honestly. NEVER again will I return. I paid $130 so that she could damage my hair, what a waste.
