I just moved across town into a nice house with *no drier hookup*.  Huh?   While I'm figuring out clotheslines...

I picked this service because it was designed as a modern web/online service.  As a new customer you're able to schedule a pickup, give specific instructions, and pay through a website at 11pm or whenever you happen to get a moment.  And you can save default preferences, check your invoices, set a future or regular schedule

I'm done with this penny-ante baloney of having to find business hours, call, possibly leave a message, transcribe addresses and credit card numbers over the phone, deal with antiquated invoicing systems and carbonless copies, etc.

Yeah, so they've got their web presence act together.  It was easy to sign up and the website has clear instructions on what to do. 

The results were great.  I asked for no scents and there were none.  The folding was neat and ordered, sorted by type logically.  They loan out permanent bags for you to reuse on subsequent pickups, which is smart.

I was desperate, they were a lifesaver.  It's pricey to have your laundry picked up, done for you, folded, and delivered all the time, but when you need it, the value these folks deliver is excellent.

This service has been the best! I just leave my laundry out on the porch, they pick it up and the next day its back neatly folded and completely clean! There have been times (more than once) when I forget to empty my pockets, money and what not, and they find it and return it. I’ve never lost a cent! I highly recommend this laundry service. Eric and his staff are totally professional.
