I stopped here to check out the facility and see what it had to offer. I seen the commercials and thought I would go by to see if the facility was as it was shown. It was a very nice facility with a large number of machines that were functional without "out of order signs" posted everywhere. The Isles were wide enough to get carts through without bumping into someone else. The doors were automatic so you didn't have to pull on the door and hold your clothes in the other hand.

I scheduled a ride with a 2 hour window 2 days in a row. During the last 30 minuets I called both days to ensure my ride was still scheduled but I have still not made it to do laundry on day 3. The attendant is not very nice and speaks as though I am somehow wrong for asking questions. I went to the east side location regularly when I lived east and now not driving I thought I would try this location. If you do not drive, it is not worth the hassle for good customer care.

I have no complaints! Spacious and clean. Being someone who is used to dedicating an entire day to laundry, I was impressed with how fast I finished my 7 loads (

Nice place. They have a great pickup and drop off service if you don't have transportation. Pickup is free, but you pay to get dropped off and that is not widely known.
